Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products (personal care goods), all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns once they leave our facility.


However, your experience matters deeply to us. If there are any issues with your order, we will always do our best to make it right.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@templeskinandbody.com with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the damage or issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging

Once we review your request, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • a replacement of the same product
  • an alternative product of equal value
  • store credit for a future purchase

Refunds to your original payment method are generally not provided. Refunds may be provided in special circumstances determined by Temple Skin + Body.
