Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales, restocks), processing time may be slightly longer.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Temple Skin + Body currently ships within the United States only.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and shipping destination.
Shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control, especially during peak seasons.
LOCAL PICKUP (Special Events Only)
We do not offer regular local pickup.
However, if Temple Skin + Body is vending at a local pop-up, market, or expo, customers may request to pick up their online order at the event.
To arrange special event pickup, email hello@templeskinandbody.com before placing your order to receive a promo code that removes shipping costs and confirms pickup availability.
Event pickup is only available when publicly announced on our website or social media.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@templeskinandbody.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We are unable to shIp to PO boxes at this time.
